PRE WORK: QUESTIONNAIRE & CONVERSATION

Duration 2-3 hours per participants. Do a questtionaire and participate in a conversation with the facilitator. Conversations at work or by phone. Focus on purpose and motivation.

MODULE 1: Self Awareness & Self Management
Focus on the individuals in the team. To understand behaviour, drivers and how to manage triggers.

MODULE 2: Social Awareness
To understand the colleagues and their behaviours and triggers.

MODULE 3: Relationship Management
Focus on how to influence each other in a positive way.

MODULE 4: Homework & Personal Traning
Training with focus on manage triggers and influencing.

MODULE 5: Learning day to share experiences
An opportunity for participants to share their view and practical experience from there teamwork since last time. Group discussions based on current issues with in-depth examples of solutions.

METHODOLOGY and structure
Authentic Teamwork are designed in cooperation with the client. The program exists with five moduls. Duration of the teamwork is usually 2 + 1 day over a period of three to twelve months. Between the modules there are homework for the participants.

The methods are experiential and process-oriented and vary depending on the size and needs of the group. Individual authentic training is included both in and between the modules as part of the teamwork.
